Stephan, Janet, and Lino set out to build a company focused on people, where agents are taught integrity and service. They’ve focused their efforts on putting the client first. “The community didn’t need another real estate company; it needed a better one.”
Stephan started his career in the Payments industry. He was promoted to VP of Sales at a mid-size company where he developed skills in sales cycle and process management. After having his first child, he transitioned to Real Estate. He reached out to an old friend, who is now his current business partner, Lino.
They had seen low standards in the Real Estate world around them and resolved to build a company that did better. Lino’s background as a business owner would allow Stephan to focus on training their agents to be ethical and honest, and develop the skills needed to better their client’s lives. However, they needed someone that had been in Real Estate long enough to experience changes in the trade, and that’s where Janet came in.
Janet began her Real Estate career in the early 2000s. She quickly became known for her ability to train agents successfully. She was also popular with clients, always going the extra step to ensure everyone was happy. She quickly moved into a management position at a firm where she oversaw the operations and training of 4 Real Estate offices located across the south shore of Long Island. After the subprime mortgage crisis of 2006, Janet decided to set up her own private brokerage where she would mentor a small team of agents.
The three picked an area to call home, and combined their talents to opened EXIT REALTY ADVANTAGE. They believe in their Mission Statement, and strive to help others succeed in reaching their goals.
